Findhorn, the 'Riviera of Scotland'
2 minutes' walk to Findhorn Bay and 5 minutes to the beach. The Moray coast is known for mild weather and long summer days.
Eating out

The Kimberley Inn
Right on the bay. Its fish and chips were voted one of the top 100 things to experience in rural Scotland.

The Bakehouse
Café by day, restaurant on summer evenings. Part of the 'slow food' movement, using organic and local food.

Blue Angel Cafe
At the Findhorn Foundation: snacks and drinks with fresh, vegetarian and organic ingredients.
There's also the Captain's Table café with views of the bay, and the Bunty fish and chip shop in spring and summer.
Eating in
The Phoenix Community Shop at the Findhorn Foundation has a superb range of organic and local foods. The Findhorn Village Store has everything you'd hope for in a village shop, and freshly baked bread from the Findhorn bakery next to The Bakehouse is a great way to start the day.
